Pre Rental Set-up & Advice

If your property is to be used for rental income, some necessary preparations need to be considered in order for your guests holiday to run smoothly. For example every rental property would be expected to be clutter free and orderly with your treasured possessions securely packed away. Also properties need to be fully itemised to ensure that your guests have everything they need and all your items are accounted for on your guests departure.

Health & Safety information is also required by law as part of your pre-rental set-up. We can ensure that your property complies with all regulations.

Below is a list of what is included in your pre-rental set-up

• Produce an itinerary check list.
• Advice on any items that may be required.
• Purchase on your behalf any items that may be required for the rental.
• Pack away any personal possessions and place in storage if required.
• Carry out a full safety inspection and advise on any work that is required.
• Provide a health & Safety manual e.g. knowledge of fire exits & procedures.
• Compile an information folder regarding your property and local amenities etc.

Post Rental Check

In addition we also offer a post rental check which ensures that any breakages are brought to your immediate attention and all items are accounted for via a detailed itinerary check list. The inspection also includes checking windows and doors are secured and that all appliances are in working order and switched off on departure of guests.
