Security & Key Holding

Our Security & Key holding package is designed to remove the worry from owning a property abroad, especially when vacant for long periods of time.

We can compile a personalised security checklist suited to your individual needs, ensuring all your belongings are accounted for and your property is left secure. There will be a full record of dates and times when the checks have taken place.

Included in this service is:

• Ensure all windows and external doors are locked, secure & in good working order.
• Check for leaks and flush toilets and sinks to prevent drains from drying out.
• Check Appliances are in full working order.
• Carry out a full safety check ie fire extinguishers have not been tampered with etc.
• Check for breakages.
• Check for Infestations.
• Log any items on a security check list and notify the owner of the property via e-mail or phone.
• We can hold keys securely and make them available to guests on request.

• This service is provided from as little as €5.00 per week.
